From the moment I booked, I had no regrets. The pre op information and communication will put your mind at ease with access to ask questions at any time.
I travelled to Turkey with reassurance that I would be looked after. When I landed, I was met at the airport and taken straight to a lovely hotel, and someone stays with you to check in to ensure all goes smoothly.
On the morning of the surgery, I was met in the hotel lobby and taken to the hospital. You have someone with you at all times ensuring no language barriers. This was the case for all the in depth pre op checks right through to surgery.
This level of care remains in place until you are taken to the airport to travel back. The ongoing contact remains in place also when you are home should you have any questions.

The staff are very professional the surgery is very clean and modern. The after care takes place back in Britain by British nurses as well as visits from the surgeons and doctors from Turkey. Who organises my journey - how does it work?
Expert Surgeries organises your entire trip. We answer all your questions before your journey and show you all of the treatments and operations offered and what is possible. We work together with you step by step through your entire treatment journey. In Izmir, Turkey an English, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Italian, Spanish, French, German or Arabic speaking care is there to support you. They are available 24 hours a day, so that you always have a competent contact person. Telephone consultations as well as appointments. We will advise you at any time free of charge and without obligation, including evenings and weekends. You will receive support from us which begins prior to booking in the consultation and continues during your entire stay in Izmir, as well as after your surgery when you return home.
Is the quality of treatment equivalent to the treatment offered in Europe and the UK?
Of course – In all areas of the operation we with work together with very qualified Surgeons and Doctors. You are treated exclusively by experienced and specialised Surgeons and Doctors, working in their area of expertise at JCI accredited Hospitals and Clinics. How will we understand the doctor in the clinic?
You always have English speaking care available – in all selected clinics and treatment areas, during your operation. As well as all our highly qualified personnels know English, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Italian, German, Spanish, and French.
Do we book our own flights?
If you want we help you find the right flights and provide full support in finding you the best route to us but we do not book the flights, so you must book your own flights. Once you send us your flight confirmation, we book your hotel and your treatment immediately.
Is there a waiting list?
No, there is no waiting list. Appointments can be made at short notice with us. Patients of Expert Surgeries have the privilege to choose their desired dates freely. We adapt to your free time and organize your stay within your desired time period.
To ensure the smooth organisation, we recommend that you contact us a minimum of 4 weeks before your preferred dates of travel.
Do I recieve medication that I should take after the treatment?
Yes, if you are having a hair transplant, you will receive lotions, shampoos, vitamins, creams, antibiotics and painkillers, it is essential that you continue to use these as prescribed by the doctor. (In most cases 1-2 weeks after surgery) For a laser eye surgery, you will receive eye drops that you should continue to use for 2-3 days and then please buy more from a pharmacy (continue to use them for 3-6 months after surgery).
Please follow all instructions specified by the treating doctor for all treatments even for beauty operations or dental procedures, specifically regarding how and how long you should follow them for.
